Introduction

Transform your understanding and use of generative AI. Whether you’re an ad-hoc dabbler in ChatGPT, or you’ve never used generative AI before, you’ll emerge from this workshop with a sound understanding, solid skills – and a framework for implementing it into your organisation.

What is generative AI?

We go from basics, explaining the fundamentals of what generative AI is – and isn’t, what you can expect of it, and how different platforms work.

Generative AI for research and understanding

Together, we explore the potential of generative AI for gaining insight, researching and generating ideas. Then you’ll complete highly interactive exercises – and discuss approaches.

Generative AI for content

Now it’s time to dive into content generation. We discover how different platforms perform, and how to generate effective communications with intelligent prompting. We also explore the role of human creativity and how to blend human and artificial intelligence. Again, we’ll dive into exercises and discussions.

Business risk, ethics and generative AI

We explore the risks involved in using generative AI, from a number of perspectives – including accuracy, quality assurance, confidentiality, GDPR, sustainability and DEI. Because make no mistake, using generative AI without guardrails has the potential to land your organisation in extremely hot water.

Integrating generative AI use

Do you know what underpins all great creative work? Process. And it’s no different if one of your new content-producing tools is generative AI. We’ll explore how straightforward process can help to ensure quality and integration.
