Are you the sole marketing person in your organisation? Like lone marketers across the country, are you doing everything from strategy and planning through to copywriting, creating PPC ads – and keeping the blog and Medium accounts updated?
We’ve met a few lone marketers recently – many of them in start-ups. They’re often fresh out of university, but they also include people who’ve been in the game for a long time. And start-ups aren’t the only place you find a lone marketer – there are plenty in small businesses too.
We’re in total admiration of the work they’re doing. And we’ve been thinking – how about we provide a little forum for lone marketers to talk to one another, ask questions, pick each other’s brains… and generally be able to support one another.
We’re thinking a facilitated Zoom meeting every now and again to start with – where we discuss issues raised in advance.
